I Richerdson would like to share a few things about my journey to you. Initially, I was very skinny that muscular body has always been my dream, I used to go to the gym to gain weight. I have been said that I need to take loads of weight to gain a muscular body. From then I started taking more weights and participated in contests where I couldn't even take a place in the ranking of first 10 which questioned my effort. I faced a lot of troubles by then, people started to mock at me where I felt very low. Many have teased me so bad saying I am not worth it. I cannot ever lift those weights and I am not worthy to be a lifter more and more like that I was very low and disappointed
Mr. Santhosh MFP - My coach, who helped me in all aspects from weight management, form, positioning, diet and so on. The complete team of MFP Brohs were my whole support who helped me throughout the journey, then at the very next competition I hit a lot of gold and silver medals/ trophies, the play went through almost 30 districts, 40 states, and 2 nationals where I hit 655kgs in a category of 100kgs which qualified me for An International contest. I overtook this opportunity to put a little more effort and train myself to take it up to 700kgs and I got qualified in the category of under 23 years.
I have hit 3 golds in this international contest ;
DEADLIFTING - 290kgs raw lifting,
SQUAD - 230kgs raw lifting and
BENCH PRESS - 160kgs raw lifting.
On the whole 680kgs in total.
The most satisfying thing in this contest for me was breaking the record of 290kgs in deadlifting (WORLD RECORD-BREAKING IN WPF JUNIORS). I am so happy about my decision to join MFP, they supported and trained me really well to bring out this change in me. My family was a great support to me in all aspects which overtook me throughout the journey. I take this opportunity to thank The Team MFP, my friends and family
