Position: Project Management Intern

Location: Bengaluru

Qualifications: 2023-2024 graduates (2025 graduates or anyone who's currently pursuing their academic year ARE NOT ELIGIBLE)

Required Skills: Understand and apply appropriate program management methodologies (e.g., Agile methodology, Waterfall, etc.), principles, practices and values. Strong interpersonal skills to actively listen, communicate in ways that foster trust and show flexibility. The Intern will help with one or more projects that the PM is working on, allowing opportunities to gain exposure and understanding of Project Management methodologies and processes in a professional environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures. Strong understanding of Jira. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, research, and multitasking skills. Team spirit and the ability to work with a group of diverse people. Prior work experience in coordinating or managing projects is preferred. Ensure quality and timely submission of all project deliverables and documentation as assigned by the PM. Review, create and/or maintain workflows to drive effectiveness.
