Position: Internship in Customer Support

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Required Skills: Proficiency in the Linux operating system. Strong analytical skills. Strong analytical skills. Basic knowledge of SQL Queries (Oracle or SQL). Familiarity with Tomcat. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-organized and self-motivated. Ability to analyze and articulate problems clearly to other teams and validate feedback. Multilingual proficiency in German is a plus.
