Position: Product Intern

Location: Bengaluru/Mumbai

Required Skills: Analyzing data to discern positive and negative trends and taking appropriate action. Maintaining close connections with customers through user research or other mediums to address critical customer issues related to specific product features. Analyzing customer tickets associated with a particular product feature and brainstorming solutions to address them at scale. Collaborating with developers and designers to develop small features and address existing bugs. Scaling existing product features by collaborating with the marketing team and/or implementing self-adoption solutions.
